Somehow there was an article about how porting a number to another operator is still a crude procedure and there were problems with receiving confirmation SMS, making payments, and other troubles.
The question is for those who already have experience of such a transfer: today, after the transfer, all functions work as stated, and are there any pitfalls that may surprise you unpleasantly after?

The number was registered with MTS, then Beeline also switched, did not like it, switched to Tele2. SMS from Google stopped coming. Tele2 support could not help, Google support too.
No problems with calls.
