Are there programs for separate network traffic counting in Windows?

The laptop connects to the Internet exclusively via Wi-Fi. At home, the connection goes through one network, at work through another, in the fields through a 3G WiFi router. Traffic on 3G is limited - no more than 2 gigabytes per month, the countdown starts on the 10th day of each month. We need a program that, when approaching the limit, would issue a warning.
I looked at a couple of traffic monitors. They allow you to account for traffic by protocol and by application, but for some reason they do not have such a simple thing as counting traffic for each network separately.
Please tell me if there is such a program in the world?
