How to determine the mac-address (wi-fi router) of a site user?

-Java is not an option since most do not have it installed.
-Flash is also not really an option. (It doesn’t work on android by default, but this is part of the users) + you need to install it on a regular computer.
What other working options are there and in what direction to dig (better this)?
