SINR/RSRP 23/-89
was about 28/-90. Happy with the speed.
Speedtest: to Frankfurt ping 90ms, download speed 7 Mbps, upload speed 1 Mbps.
There is no tariff. Don't know why it works)

Um, speedtest, Moscow - 16 to me, 12 from me. Likewise, not paid.
The pings are weird. Up to yarushka - 20 ms, up to four eights - 300+.
