How to remove full screen ads?

I have Asus Zenfone 5. In the morning when I wake up and unlock the phone, a full-screen ad is displayed on the screen. Xs from which application it is. How to identify and remove this impudent application? I suspect something from the Clean Master family (it costs CM, CM Security, CM Browser), but not a fact.

Subtracted the answer in the English network. When a full-screen ad is running on the screen, you need to press the button to call the list of recent applications (usually holding the Home button). Full screen ads will be in the list of recent applications, and next to it will be the name of the application that causes this ad. In my case, it turned out to be a sleep controller and an alarm clock Sleep as android.

Use AdBlock
Via Autostarts check that when enabled
Disable all notifications etc. in CM (and there are a lot of them)

Resetting to factory settings will definitely help)
