Missing interface LTE1 module "R11E-LTE" on MikroTik SXT LTE kit what could be?

Device MikroTik SXT LTE kit (RBSXTR&R11E-LTE)
Input data:
- Everything worked well, external factors could not damage, the board and everything is perfect with no signs of burning. (I took everything apart, checked the module, threw it off and put it back, the option to check on the other is not at hand)
- The LTE indication lights up for 5 seconds and then turns off.
Tried to set a power delay of 5-9 seconds does not help.
I also changed power supplies 19v 1.75a (it worked for half a year on this block + twisted pair 20 meters) and 12a 1a
Reset to factory ones, it didn’t help
Firmware punched to change the latest 6.48 and 6.47.10 Long-term does not help.

Tell me what else can happen?
