How to make a WiFi network for the Shopping Center?

It is necessary to organize free WiFi for visitors to the shopping center. Input channels 2x 10 gigabytes, 150-200 access points. We need centralized monitoring, redundancy of key nodes, wifi in both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. Approximately estimated composition of the equipment:
Two routing switches, about 25-40 access hubs and about 150 access points. Plus of course Fayvol and the server.
A question - whether it is possible to collect such network on something except Cisco or Avaya? To make it not cosmically expensive? The equipment of one vendor is not obligatory, if only it was possible to monitor.

Yes, good advice. Motorolla rfs is an enterprise-level solution, ubiquity is simpler, but it also seems to scale well. worked with both vendors (on UniFi, the volumes were not large, but the system proved to be good), it’s more of a budget issue.
BUT! To provide public WiFi (hotspot, or whatever you call it), Rospotrebnadzor has established rules for authentication and data storage, and this seems to be correct, BUT! in order for you to be able to freely provide communication, you will need to collect and store data (oddly enough), and for this you will need to obtain a license to provide this type of communication and to store and process personal data...
In my case, it was decided not to fool the extra. papers, but to invite one of the providers to our territory (I will not write the name), with their hotspot and all their licenses and permits.

Look in the direction of Motorola RFS, of course, it's also not a budget, but it certainly comes out cheaper than pussy.
True, I don’t know how things are now with motor boats in our country, before the official supplier was zebra, and now Erersi is engaged if I remember correctly ...
Or, if it’s completely budgetary, then look towards ubiquiti, but I didn’t work with them, I don’t know they fit suits you for all your tasks...
