WiFi repeater over ethernet?

Good day, there is a task, there are 2 rooms in the office, a router with wi-fi is mainly installed, some of the PCs are connected via wi-fi, some are wired, several walls separate the first room from the second, i.e. there is a signal, but it is comfortable to work does not work. All PCs are connected by wires. But employees still want to access the Internet from their phone. You need to put a repeater there, which is connected via ethernet. I can’t determine the repeater model, or take a regular router and set it up as a repeater, maybe there are some suggestions? Budget no more than 2000r

Buy an access point, and connect with a wire.
A second router is not required as this is a redundant solution, no NAT needed, just an access point.
You can buy something like this:

It is not necessary to buy an access point, many routers support this mode. TP-Link has small nuances in this case.
