UserGate has such a function of displaying traffic consuming applications, just like it was in Forefront TMG....
The surest way is to wrap https \ http traffic to a neighboring proxy (for example, Kerio Orange Web Filter or PfSense + Squid), and block blacklist \ DNS directories there. And process all other traffic with l7 filters and a firewall.
