How to optimize the speed of Mikrotik without rebooting?

Good evening!
There is Mikrotik RB2011UiAS. Works as expected around the clock. There are tons of torrent traffic going through it. After that, the brakes begin during operation. For example, login to a server on the local network can occur with a delay of 2-3 seconds (almost instantly after rebooting the router), and sites open significantly longer (immediately after rebooting). The channel to the provider is 100 Mbps. Previously, there was a script to reboot the router on schedule, but now, I feel, this is not enough. It would be possible, of course, to set the reboot to a shorter interval (not once a day, but, for example, once an hour), but it does not reboot quickly, so maybe there is some other option?

Of course there is.
Figure out what the problem is.
Update the OS, if the problem persists - write to Mikrotik support.
Look with a regular profiler to see what the system is doing.

Precisely business in a router instead of OS\Hardware at the client?
Router - opened the connection, supported the connection, closed the connection, and changed the IP addresses. The worst thing (unless, of course, you have any kind of caching) is a bunch of open sessions, but how to load such a piece of iron with them is quite difficult.
