Why is the second WAN interface slow on Mikrotik?

Hello.
There are two Internet channels, one is PPPOE - "fast" ( wan1 ) with dynamic IP, the second is a dedicated line - "slow" ( wan2 ) with a range (/29) of static addresses.
It is necessary to configure so that all users access the Internet through wan1, and the servers I need through wan2, and in fact some services should be available from outside via white IP wan2.
There are no questions with wan1 , it connects and works, by default everyone goes through it.
wan2 - Created the required IPs in IP -> addresses , added a tagged route to IP->Routes . In IP -> Firewall -> Mangleconnection and route marking rules have been created. Added srcnat to IP -> Firewall -> NAT to forward to wan2.
From the servers, the tracer shows the correct route, via wan2 . Pings are excellent, no packet loss. However, it works extremely slowly, the speed is a few kilobits. But it works... If wan2 is made the default route, it starts working as expected.
I don’t know what to think anymore, I changed the settings a hundred times and this way and that. Can anyone come across something similar?

What does the traceroute utility show in Mikrotik?
Is the situation different on Klin's cars?
PS it is not obligatory to mark a route the main thing to set routing of subnets to the necessary hosts.
