Mikrotik IPSec - how to bring a fallen tunnel back to life?

I'm trying to connect two Mikrotiks via IPSec. The tunnel rises, traffic goes through it. But at some point (after 15 minutes - half an hour or an hour), the traffic stops walking, glitches with key exchange begin, visually they take on this form.

Tell me, guru, where to dig?
