Network access to one application from Android using Mirotic, does it make sense?

Is it possible to make it so that only Telegram connects to the Internet, other applications could not?
I also mean all google services on the phone, is there something similar to svchost on the phone?
Which does not cut off access?
Because while I don’t want / get to use my vpn, I think I’ll try to solve the problem of anonymity by chopping off all the services that connect to merge data, and register the cart with a different name, or does it also merge the location?
It just doesn’t leave the feeling that all the data is systematized somewhere and it’s very easy to get access to it, or just all devices (laptop, phone) are some kind of spies.
There is a smartphone with Ali, is it necessary to install open source firmware on it, because Russian programs have not been uploaded there yet?
What do you advise?

Paranoia is, of course, good, but by such actions you will only increase your level of anxiety, and you will not achieve success, since the data about you will be merged anyway - Big data works wonders, yes.
I advise you to deal with the MikroTIK settings - it's interesting and useful, and you should forget yourself about these useless restrictions.

This task is solved very simply by
configuring the router so that it basically does not distribute the Internet (in Mikrotik they do this beautifully on vlans, separating clients by their local networks, setting up nat only in the necessary ones) and add a proxy server
to configure this proxy settings in telegrams ( settings - data and memory - proxy)
ps

all devices (laptop, phone) are some kind of spies
that is why all modern devices and software are so cheap and even free
, because they are created with the main goal - collecting data about customers in order to profit from it (everyone does it) and control (so far only the USA and China are probably doing this to the maximum, but Russia while he wants, he tries but cannot) i.e. this is an end in itself
. Think about why Google (and for example Yandex) spend millions of bucks on speech recognition technology, but give this functionality for free?

If a person can do something, it will be done. To maximize the level of privacy, I advise you to stop using cellular communications, the Internet and bank cards. Do not forget about the cameras that recognize your face at every corner, ATM, subway or above the supermarket checkout. Good luck!

/ip firewall address-list
add address=telegram.org comment=site1 list=site

/ip firewall filter
add action=drop chain=forward dst-address-list=!site src-address=192.168.0.10
