Dear users!
I need your advice. There is a group of operators (software specialists) who receive calls from customers. I created a ring group, which includes these operators and the call goes directly to this group. Please tell me there is some way so that the operators can see the missed calls and call back. That is, the operator needs some kind of interface so that they can see all these props. calls.

in freepbx it's called user control panel, it should be available on the web IP_freepbx/ucp
permissions and passwords are configured here IP_freepbx/admin/config.php?display=userman

In our distribution, we made a call back from the web interface and bots in Telegram, Slack, Bitrix24
The missed list is cleared when we call back.
