How to forward incoming from external number to mobile in freepbx 13?

I understand that a lot of people asked a question, but in the answers to it I did not find anything for myself.
There is an external number 2ХХХХХХ and an internal number 700.
When calling from the outside to number 2ХХХХХХ, the call goes to number 700, outgoing call from number 700 comes from number 2ХХХХХХ.
On number 700, the Follow me option is enabled, as follows:

As a result: a call is received to extension number 700, but not to mobile 2ХХХХХ5, says that "Connection is not possible, call back later."
I think an important point is still such that if you call an internal number from another internal number, then everything is fine, but when you call outside, nothing.
Tell me what didn't work?
PS With a virtual number the same situation.
The operator says that this is our freepbx giving information about the release code 603., so I have a problem.

How many trunks do you have and how many channels are in a trunk?
If the trunk is one and single-channel, then it is not surprising that a call to an external number does not go through, since at least two channels are needed - one for an incoming call, the second for an outgoing one.
And I don’t understand why you don’t have a mobile number on the screen in follow-me, to which the call will actually go.
