How can Asterisk get the result of dialing through a call file?

Hello.
I make an outgoing call through the call file:

Channel: SIP/XXX/8999XXXXXXX
Application: Playback 
Data: 1

Everything is fine, the call goes through. But how to get the result of a call if, for example, the subscriber is busy, or the call did not go through for some reason? I read about dialstatus but did not understand how to use it

If set in file Archive: yes, Asterisk will move the file to the outgoing_done directory and add a status to the file: Status: <exitstatus>- "Expired", "Completed" or "Failed"
