Hello. It is necessary to make a mass SMS mailing through a 3g modem.
Can you suggest an article or an example of how to organize a mailing list using the command line?
PHP will be used as a personal account for sending SMS.
I want something simple using simple commands, accessing the modem, without using additional software products.
