You have to understand that a bad uplink is not curable. You can tweak the settings and make it better, but nothing more.
From the settings, you can play with the packet size, jitter, codec. Reduce the packet size, increase the jitter, set the codec to the tightest of the supported ones (but this will affect the quality of the connection).
