Mini PC on Linux, maximum USB ports?

I want to assemble a miner on a linux machine, USB miners will act as devices.
I looked at aliexpress - there are a lot of things you need, for example, tvboxes, on androids, for $ 20, I would like to meet this amount, but so that the device is on Linux, preferably debian & ubuntu
Or maybe someone can tell you how to reflash tvboxes with aliexpress under linux?

Look for specific models for which Linux builds are already available. If not, it will be difficult to do it yourself.

If for mining, then do not look at arm (tvboxes, on androids). Even if there is Linux for the board (for example, pcduino), then it’s not a fact that you can build a miner. Look towards x86 in mini-itx form factor or intel galileo, but these devices cost more than $20.
In general, mining will not "get rich" for you, I tried to "warm up the vidyuha" for a couple of days, the income is almost 0. During this time, you can earn more by doing useful work.

Slightly off topic, but still.
Now mining pays off only when mining bitcoin forks (lightcoins etc), and if there are several powerful devices in the farm, like the Radeon R9 R280X, as well as a free / cheap source of electricity. And then a few months later.
