Lost connection via ssh, if you try to connect in the second terminal?

Hello everyone, I ran into a problem, if there is a connection and you try to connect in parallel, then all connections freeze. For example, a connection in the terminal ssh [email protected]*****will connect to the server and will work, if you open a new window and connect via ssh, then all connections hang (it doesn’t matter which server we connect to the same or different ones). This behavior is also observed in filezilla, atom. In general, everywhere.
Worth ubuntu 18.04 LTS
wifi connection to xiaomi wifi router 3
Before that, there was no such problem.
I suppose another option, sometimes the Internet completely disappeared, I found the reason in the cable, it is a little interrupted and sometimes it works out, maybe only the ssh connection suffers from this?

Try to run wireshark and see the packages, you can also dump the packages there and, for example, give it to another specialist

That is, it is not limited.
