VPS. KVM. Install another OS through the console - is it possible (and how)?

There is a VPS, no panel, just an ssh console. Based on KVM. I want to drop the current OS and put something easier in its place. Is it possible?
If anyone is interested - hoster fornex.com. The question is primarily technical, i.e. is it possible at all (and how), and not whether the hoster allows it.

It is possible, but not certain that it will work. In a good way, you need to bite off the partition from the disk where we will store the ISO. Edit Grub2 and install via VNC. If the disk cannot be divided, we smoke mana, how to load Gparted into RAM and saw the disk through it.

There are people who build Gentoo on top of a working system and replace it in the end. With a strong desire, this can be done with other distributions. The only question is how it will pour out for you.
