There is a samba server on linux
. If someone has opened this file, then someone else can open it, can edit it, but cannot save it. How to solve this problem?

No way.
Two programs that start writing a file - one a little earlier, the other a little later - will turn it into a mess. Databases were not invented because there was nothing to do :)

When you open a file from a network share, it is usually blocked by the application. And another copy of the application cannot access the file. If we are talking about office documents, look in the office documentation for how to change the blocking method to allow simultaneous access.

Change samba server to office server. From OnlyOffice, for example.
Or just use the cloud from Yandex or Google, they provide the possibility of co-editing documents.
