Mikrotik tracking interface state by flag?

Greetings to all, there is a need to track interfaces by a specific flag, more precisely two, namely DR [Dynamic,Running]
When typing in the console:
/interface l2tp-server print where Flags=DR
I get the output of all interfaces, incl. and those needed.
If /interface l2tp-server print where Flags="DR"- then the output is empty
, but I can’t understand how to weed out the extra ones and get a specific interface (s), I re-read the mikrotik wiki, but I still didn’t find how to build a condition so that the output would have interfaces with specific status flags.
Tell me how to build a condition that would get the desired? Thank you!
