Mikrotik stopped seeing the server after enabling proxy-arp, what should I do?
There is a server (Win2k8r2), its ip address, netmask, gateway and dns are hardcoded in the network interface settings.
After changing the arp parameter in /interface bridge from "enabled" to "proxy-arp" in mikrotik, the server and router do not see each other. The reverse change of the parameter did not give any result.
The server is alive and communicates normally with the rest of the network (from one switch for sure).

The question is for you, why was arp needed from other network segments at all?
Server and Mikrotik in different networks?
Didn't find what you were looking for?
