From the side of work

necessary that the
NAS take the Internet via vpn From the job.
HDD 192.168.0.10->>>mikrotik(192.168.1.1)->>(PPtP client) interface->>Lte1->> ZyXEL->> internet
There is no vpn client on the NAS and cannot be installed.

I'm not good at settings and terms, I'm sorry! If possible, in the response, a sequence of commands in Mikrotik so that it redirects traffic from vpn to ip NAS.

What you are looking for is called policy based routing.
To do this, you need to create an add. a routing table in which to register the necessary routes.
Then add a rule so that the desired address is looked up in this routing table.
According to Mikrotik - create a new 0.0.0.0/0 route with a routing label, for example, pptpwork.
In the rules section - add the address of nas as the source address, select the pptpwork table and the lookup action.
