How to forward ports from Mikrotik to get hooked with Zyxel Keenetic lite III?

Good day to all!
There is network A (Mikrotik) - LAN 192.168.59.0/24, white IP
There is network B (Zyxel Keenetic Lite III) - LAN 192.168.1.0/24, gray IP
Task: get into the Zyxel control panel (network B), referring to white IP Mikrotik (network A)
In network A, I set up an L2TP / IPsec server, to which Zyxel connects from network B. (after connecting, it receives IP 192.168.59.145 in network A)

Routes on Zyxel and Mikrotik (spoiler)

Actually, it goes from network A to network B and back without any problems, but port forwarding to network B does not work

Suspected problem: Zyxel receiving packets does not know where to respond and responds externally.
But how to teach Zyxel to respond where necessary - I don’t know yet, please help with advice
UPD: the correct answer is DST-NAT to another subnet for mikrotik?
