Mikrotik low speed between subnets?

All the best!
I understand that now I will not look beautiful in the eyes of specialists, and here's why. There is the main mikrotik rb2011uas-rm, which provides the Internet for the entire office and is located in a separate room. A few floors above is mikrotik crs125, it is not completely packed, and there is more space there. I decided to set up servers separately for the project and allocate them to a separate network, but I ran into a problem that the speed between networks does not exceed a hundred on the same device, but at the same time they exchange their networks in a gig and do not even strain. I was surprised that this is possible at the level of one piece of iron, but the question is how to persuade them to communicate between networks in full growth?
PS The rules allow communication, there are no restrictions.

This router has 5 gigabit ports and 5 of 100 megabits. There is a suspicion that the switch is connected to a 100 megabit port.

Different VLANs or different ranges?

When they exchange data in their network, switching works and packets do not arrive at the processor, and when from different networks, routing is already working and the CPU is straining, and if there is also a car of firewall rules, nat, qos, then the piece of iron gets a little worse and it can't stomach it all

>mikrotik rb2011uas-rm, which gives out the Internet for the entire office and is located in a separate room. > mikrotik crs125, it is not completely packed, and there are more places.
how are they connected to each other?
crs125 - I hope it is not used as a router?
As a result, there should be 1gb between them, since I set up approximately the same configuration.
1gb per switch levels.
UPD. Although I doubt that 2011 does not have a blocking switch. It is necessary to clarify in those mikrotik support.

mikrotik rb2011uas-rm has a single-core processor of only 600 megahertz for an office, at least 4 cores are needed if there are a lot of computers, see mikrotik rb2011uas-rm CPU load
