Mikrotik + iOS - how to set up a firewall to make the phone work in sleep mode?
Good afternoon! When in a corporate network, a sleeping iPhone refuses to maintain a background connection to services. As soon as the phone falls asleep, the Whatsapp Web Client connection falls off and calls to Telfin's SIP client stop coming. One has only to turn on the screen, the connection is restored.
There are no problems in the cellular network and other local networks. I suspect the firewall settings, but even allowing everything and everything for the handset does not help. I would be grateful for a direction where to dig.
Hardware: Mikrotik RB2011UiAS (6.40.1) + Ubiquiti Uni-Fi AC + iPhone 5s (iOS 10.3.3)

wifi just falls off because of the power saving mode. just ping the phone and you'll see when he falls asleep. Miktrotik has a short decay time for the wifi key and ios does not want to waste energy on getting a new one. just try to increase it.
In the Mikrotik settings there is an option to maintain a connection and try, and there is a timing ... Set it a little more, maybe it will help.
In general, the background will fall asleep and this is normal. As an option, send pings (which they say will help) or you need a normal software that will not allow you to sleep))) (but then the body will sit down for 4-5 hours)
