Why won't iTunes enter the AppStore?

Recently my iTunes stopped going to the AppStore. Synchronization, data exchange between iphone works like everything else. Only when trying to enter the AppStore, a blank white screen is displayed.
What are the possible reasons for this?
I am using Windows 7.

I support the question. This happens to me on average once every six months. As a rule, a certain number of computer restarts and reconnection to WiFi points helps. I would like to know what is the cause of this problem, and how to solve it in the future.
Os X Maveriks (before it also had such a problem), Macbook air
