Replacing the motherboard 5s with a donor, is it a good idea?

Hello!
The other day I want to replace the motherboard on the iPhone 5s. There is a donor, it has a motherboard with iCloud. In this case, the touchscreen does not work. There are several questions:
1. Will the sensor work if I change my mother?
2. If I log out of iCloud, turn off Find My iPhone, will there be no problems with blocking in the future? maybe there are some other features to disable to ensure the phone works with the donor mother?

Thanks in advance for your replies :)

It is necessary to change the motherboard along with the home button, since they are tied together.
1) Not a fact, but it should .. probably

At my 5s, either the mother or the button changed.
The button itself works like a button, and when you try to use the sensor (and when you turn on the phone), it gives an error. The button and the mother are tied to each other and it is impossible to "reflash" it (I have never heard of such a service).
You can use the phone, absolutely no problems, except for the inability to scan your finger.
