Mikrotik. How to change the IP address of the camera?

There is the following connection diagram.
5f6b3072098eb923940506.png
The bottom line is that the video recorder only works with class "C" networks and is located on the 192.168.1.0/24 network.
It was necessary to install a camera in a remote office and connect it to the video recorder.
GW#1 and GW#2 are Mikrotiks, VPN tunnel is up between them.
How to configure both Mikrotiks so that the camera can be seen behind GW#1 at the following IP address - 192.168.1.118.
Those. in fact, you need to change the camera address from 192.168.20.111 to 192.168.1.118

On mikrotik we raise the interface with the desired address ( 192.168.1.118 )
Then we do dst nat.
But this may not work if it is important for the registrar not only to be in the same l3 network with the camera, but to be in the same l2 domain with it, which is more likely.
Then you will need to throw a tunnel between mikrotik l2.
Actually there is a golden rule. If you don't understand what's going on, take a sniffer.
