I saw a lot of hotspot implementations via mikrotik - with advertising, site browsing, sms, etc. But my task is to make sure that a person, in order to access wifi, agrees to log in via VK / FB / Twitter or any other social network + place a ready-made advertising entry on his page, such as "I'm resting there." My knowledge is not enough, please help.

I will say that you need to dig in the direction of RADIUS authorization, the router can be either based on RouterOS (Mikrotek) or based on DD-WRT / OpenWRT. Authorization rises on Linux, the authorization server is specified in the router, and all further accesses to social networks come from RADIUS. I myself was puzzled by this problem, here I understand.
