How to configure VLAN forwarding over VPLS using CCR1036-12G-4S?

Hello.
There are two offices A and B (everywhere there are cats 2960 and CCR1036-12G-4S).
It is necessary to combine offices in order for VLANs to work.
Earlier I wanted to make cisco-eoip-ipsec(A)-ipsec(B)-eoip-cisco, but VPLS is more correct and more reliable or am I wrong?
