Mikrotik bridge does not pass traffic why?

The situation is as follows: there is a CapsMan controller, 2 points are connected to it, one of them clings to wi-fi HapLite is configured as follows wi-fi and 4 ports in the bridge, the bridge receives IP via DHCP from the controller, there is Internet on Hape, but any devices for Hap, they can’t get an IP or they don’t have an Internet even if you manually set the interface settings from this subnet, and when they are manually set, I ping the microtik myself, that is, the IP that DHCP gives it, and the DHCP server itself does not ping. In addition, the server still receives packets from these devices, since they have the offer status. The most interesting thing for a while everything worked fine.
And yes, I completely forgot, since everything should work, I redid everything, made a new subnet DHCP server, NAT, and so on. and everything plows, but it does not suit me, the primary option is needed.

What does it mean to cling to Wi-Fi? Do you have a Mikrotik controller and 2 points come to it with a wire? then the capsman interfaces should also be in the bridge with the controller ports!
