What is the best system for NAS to choose?
Good day to all!
There was a need for file storage, now I'm choosing a system for it
Storage requirements
2 groups of computers (Windows systems) will be connected to the storage. Each will use its home directory as a network folder (or network drive) on the local network, and connect to it via ftp from the Internet.
More than 100 computers
In addition, you need to be able to do ssd caching (as in ZFS - L2ARC)
Advise which system is better to take for these purposes? Tried FreeNAS 9.2, broke off. Unable to share the home folder with full rights and connect to it via FTP
