What are the current solutions for satellite Internet (for individuals, the private sector) now?

Friends, what solutions for satellite Internet are currently available for ordinary users (not organizations)?

Regions of use:
Central Russia (Not Moscow or Moscow region)
Crimea (Evpatoria)

Private sector. Flat landscape. There are no airports or V/H nearby.

What equipment will be required?
Is a reverse "terrestrial" channel required?

Routers D-link 620, Keenetic Lite

Thanks for the replies, opinions and information.
Let me summarize:
It makes sense only in TWO-WAY satellite Internet,
BUT
the equipment is expensive and the tariffs are significantly higher than for Wired and mobile Internet of "terrestrial" operators.
There is no StarLink network (from Elon Musk) in Russia.
Almost all Satellite Internets use Internet "landing" stations in your area.
Therefore, if sanctions, technical restrictions or Roskomnadzor are hit on "ground" providers, then satellite Internet will be hit in the same way.
Probably, Internet users who live near the border of the country (geographical / administrative zone of restrictions) can somehow twitch. But even this is not accurate.
A backup option for resolving the issue of "eaten" mobile Internet in a single locality is a directed amplifier and moderation of one's own appetites for Internet consumption (it's stupid to come to Cucumber Day and complain that Tele2's 4G does not pull videos in 4K quality)

Wikipedia
Terrestrial feed is optional. Moreover, I can't imagine the scenario of using a satellite in combination with a terrestrial channel - it turns out such a satellite DSL - a request over the ground, a response from the satellite. What for?
The only advantage of the satellite is its independence from any infrastructure - put the dish, set it up in the sky - and work. Disadvantages:
- extremely high ping, 600ms hello.
- Expensive, requires specific equipment
- Visible from a distance
