How to solve the problem with vlan on tp-link?

Good for all.
I ran into a problem, there is a central mikrotik router on it there are several vlans, one is used for telephony, the second must be defined on a separate port in tp-link t1600g-28ts. I added a tag to the vlan switch in the ports and then something strange happened. When trying to get an address, mikrotik gives offered for 30 seconds and resets. There is nothing strange in the router logs, and why not get the address and why the Mikrotik swears, I can’t understand.

Do the ports that connect Mikrotik and tp-link have the same settings?
Are both trunk/accessories and set of vlans the same?
