From time to time domains are not resolved. How to joke?

The situation is as follows:
There is a regular WEB Ubuntu server, DNS servers are registered 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
From time to time, an error appears in the logs about the unavailability of different hosts

(php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution);

This happens purely randomly (a couple of times every day, a short period of time).
What's the best way to troubleshoot this? How to check if this problem is in the channel or in Google dns server overload?

@pfg21

see how dns services work.
on home ubunt there were floating problems with dns, services were put on records in resolve.conf and knocked at 127.0.0.1:53 where the bind hung, which also worked incorrectly.
cut out all unnecessary nafig, left only the redirection of requests for dns extension (more precisely, to the local router).
how exactly, I don’t remember :) I googled and picked.
