Mikrotik base frequencies?

The problem is the following. There is a 962UiGS-5HacT2HnT router. Firmware 6.45.8. It creates 2 wireless networks, one - 2.4 Ghz -B, G and the second 5 Ghz AC only. No questions from the first. It is impossible to connect any device to the second one. In 5ghz console: denying assoc to 64:B8:53:5F:58:00, does not support all basic rates. It is clear that the problem is in the base frequencies, but unfortunately, I cannot find any combination at which the network would work. In general, I looked through the manuals everything I found. Result is the same

It was not necessary to post so many pictures, a text config would have been enough.

/interface wireless
set [ find default-name=wlan2 ] antenna-gain=0 band=5ghz-onlyac channel-width=20/40mhz-Ce country=russia3 disabled=no frequency=auto installation=indoor mode=\
    ap-bridge security-profile=home ssid=<You_SSID> wireless-protocol=802.11 wmm-support=enabled wps-mode=disabled

The rest is default.
PS
The channel width is too much for you, that's why it doesn't work.

My guess is that the etsi standard might not work with 5Ghz.
/interface wireless> info country-info etsi
Try selecting the actual country while resetting the other settings to their original state. In my current firmware, there is no etsi at all - there are etsi1 and etsi2 with a different set of frequencies.

I had something similar, changing the country to the states helped ...
