Mikrotik and SuperMicro server, why doesn't the server see the router?
There is a Mikrotik RB951Ui-2Hnd and a SuperMicro server with Windows Server 2016 installed, the essence of the problem, the old modem turned off, it’s simple, it decides to install Mikrotik, there are gigabit ports on the supermicro server, mikrotik supports gigabit connections, but when connecting Mikrotik and the server, the reaction is 0, the cable is working , I checked it with a tester, the connectors are also working, I cut the laptop through the cable to the microtic, on the server I plugged the cable into both lan ports, they caught fire, I see them in the computer. Do not tell me where to dig
