Redirecting an external request to an external resource, how to do it on MikroTik?

Hello!
There is a need to go to one https web resource from the network where this resource is blocked , (let's say from work, let's say web.telegram.org)
I want to go through Mikrotik, where this resource works (by ip and port of the router).
It is also desirable to change the incoming port in order to burn the resource less, or to hang several resources on different ports.
And you also need to redirect exactly by name, and not by IP address. (addresses may change)
Please help with setting up RouterOS.
The variant with VPN - at once disappears.
Proxy option too.

You need the web version.
I tried dst-nat with action To adresses, but it changes the name to IP there, and in general, the rule somehow didn’t work, although I disabled drop in the Firewall for the duration of the tests.
Thank you very much in advance.

Mikrotik is an L3 level router, and it has a distant view of L7 (it has little functionality, but this will not help in your task). Therefore, your dreams will unfortunately remain only dreams.
The easiest and most affordable way to raise a Proxy with authentication, and use it in a separate browser (portable). But this method does not suit you according to the conditions:
Proxy option too.
