How to make devices connect to the strongest WiFi source on their own?

There is a three-story building, 2 WiFi points on each floor and they are all connected to one network. The antenna devices are on RouterOS, all connected and controlled by the MikroTik router.
Problem: when connecting WiFi on the ground floor (phone, tablet, etc.) and when you go up to the 3rd floor, the device shows a very weak signal (even if you stand near the antenna). When WiFi is turned off and on, it connects to the strongest signal source (that is, it works as it should).
Actually the question is: how to configure this "threshold" on the Mikrotik router? Thank you for your attention.
