How to remove a router from DHCP, without access to it?
Good afternoon!
the essence is this: in the local network there is DHCP enabled on the router, which interferes because it distributes ip to devices.
How can I weed it out in Mikrotik so that it doesn’t go into the local area, but so that it has the Internet on it?

DHCP works within the L2 domain. It must be moved to a separate L2 domain, either physically or using vlan.
Option (1): on Mikrotik, throw out the port that goes to that router from the bridge, i.e. allocate the area between Mikrotik and that router into a separate network segment with separate addressing; configure routing on Mikrotik.
Difficulty: because the address and mask on that router cannot be touched, then instead you would have to change the addressing in the main mikrotik local network; this may not be very convenient.
Therefore, here is option (2): https://www.google.com/search?q=dhcp+snooping+mikrotik
