How to connect 2 locales via OpenVPN server?

Good afternoon!
Given :

  • OpenVPN server on internet
    vpn network: 10.8.0.0/24 Router
    address inside vpn: 10.8.0.1
  • Lokalka A: 192.168.99.0/24
    router Mikrotik
openvpn client on the router, 10.8.0.99
    Internet connection direct (DHCP)
  • LAN B: 192.168.88.0/24
    router Mikrotik
    openvpn client on router, 10.8.0.88
Internet connection via PPPoE (if that matters at all)
  • Now both routers successfully connect to vpn and see the OpenVPN server (10.8.0.1), but do not see each other even by vpn addresses, not to mention their own "local" addresses. The client-to-client option on the server is enabled.
  • From computers inside both locales, the openvpn server does not ping.

Task : to make available local resources of network A from network B and vice versa (resources B from network A), without manually setting any routes on local computers (i.e., only router + server settings).
I feel that the task is elementary, but I’m obviously doing something wrong - it won’t start.
Thanks in advance :)
