Which WIFI router/repeater is suitable for always-on VPN?

For trips and for home I want to find a WIFI repeater.
Tasks:
1. Cling to accessible points by air, or through a patch cord.
2. Establish an OpenVPN tunnel so that there are no DNS leaks.
3. It would be nice to have 2 independent wifi modules in it for different channels
(one for the repeater and one for the hotspot).
4. More RAM so that you can raise Tor, Apache in the shell.
I tried to do it on the basis of Raspberry Pi 3 and solutions from github -
not very reliable, small glitches come out, uptime for a couple of days -
then something freezes.
Better in hardware + firmware. And the body size is smaller.

Take a routerboad from mikrotik with the number of wifi cards you need.
