Is it possible to raise SOCKS5 on windows, which will look in the VPN?

Hello, there is an openvpn client on windows and a server on linux.
The task is this - if I connect via openvpn, all my traffic goes through it, but I need to run only a certain application in which it is possible to set the socks5 settings.
Is it possible to raise SOCKS5 locally on windows on some port so that it "looks" in vpn? Did openvpn itself only accept packets from the proxy?
