How to properly track openvpn visits to sites?

There is an openvpn server on debian. The user connects to the server and receives a local ip. You need to know the user's action in order to have something like this in the logs: internal ip - post\get request - site address. We think to wrap all connections from openvpn to prosky. Squid eats percent sooo much. And you need an easier option, mb like mitmproxy or what else do you recommend?

Isn't this info written to /var/log/openvpn/openvpn.log at maximum detail (if my memory serves me - 11)?
And the log can already be parsed as you like.
