Collecting Mikrotik backups?

The task is to collect a backup from Mikrotik once a month (while saving it on Mikrotik itself too). How do you do this procedure. And maybe you throw links with which you set up at home.
I don't use unix machines.

I send to the FTP server on a schedule via tools / fetch
