Mikrotik 7 providers on 7 Vlan?

Hello. There is a MikroTik RB750r2 and a D-Link DGS-1210 switch, 7 Vlans have been created (one for each office), there are 7 different providers, is it possible to make each provider provide Internet to its Vlan?
Those. there are 7 different internets, there are 7 different cabinets, it is necessary that each cabinet has its own provider, using this equipment. If it is impossible with this equipment, what is the best way to do it? not to buy 6 more routers...
Thank you.

Start 7 provider vlans with a trunk on Mikrotik, on it you raise addresses from providers. Create 7 routing tables for each provider.
Cut cabinets into 7 more vlans and also throw a trunk on a microtic, raise 7 networks for different cabinets.
At the entrance of the vlan of each cabinet, first hang up the traffic marking and then at the exit you cling the routing marking.

Do the "Router on a stick" scheme. Each provider in its own vlan. A couple of ports from the switch to the router, give all vlans to the router as a trunk and drive the routing there.
