Whatsapp Voice Call Delay?

I noticed the following phenomenon in two different places where mikrotiks are installed, when talking through whatsapp there is a delay of 2-3 seconds. As you know, it is very uncomfortable to communicate. What could be the reason, where to dig?

The first location is the distance to the point 2 meters.
The second location is the distance to the point 5 meters + concrete wall.

1) The provider itself.
2) Internet channel congestion
3) Local congestion
4) Wifi congestion
5) Features of your wifi settings
6) Standard and extensions of wifi points and wifi on the phone.
7) Firewall rules \ mangle \ nata \ queues.
8) Problems between WhatsApp subscribers, providers between them.
9) Another billion different reasons.
